Neo Education Social Awareness and Management Society (NESAM) was founded as a social organization in the year 1997 a team of committed social personals to improve the livelihood of down trodden sections of the society. NESAM concentrates in Kilpannathur block and chengam tribal Hills block of Tiruvannamalai District and kattankolathur Guduvanchori block of kanchipuram District in Tamil nadu.

NESAM Visualizes a society when and where marginalized and disadvantaged tribal youth drug abused and abandoned women and girls and the aged will be a force for their own socio economic and self development denied for their brighter future.
